Shipping Method We offer secure shipping via Econt. You can choose delivery to your personal address or to a convenient Econt office.

Processing & Dispatch Time We prepare and dispatch all orders on the next business day.

• Weekdays: If you place an order today, it will be shipped tomorrow.

• Weekends: If you place an order on  Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped on the following Monday.

Review & Test  All shipments are sent with the "Review and Test" option included. This allows you to open the package and inspect the jewelry before accepting the delivery and making the payment to the courier.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been handed over to Econt, you will receive a notification (via email or SMS) with your tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Delivery Issues & Unclaimed Packages If you are not available at the address when the courier arrives, they will typically contact you via phone or SMS to arrange a second delivery attempt or redirect the package to a nearby office.

• Office Pickups: Please note that packages delivered to an Econt office must be collected within 7 days.

• Unclaimed Items: If a package is not collected within this period, it will be automatically returned to us. If you request re-delivery for a returned package, additional shipping fees may apply.
